Capabilities

Randtron Antenna Systems is a producer of high quality Department of Defense antennas specifically designed for the most challenging and exacting installation requirements. These applications involve design issues well beyond those normally addressed by generic catalog products. Our design philosophy results in optimized installed antenna performance. Meeting these technical challenges has resulted in a comprehensive knowledge of how to design for platform skin effects, structures, severe environments and radomes. In recent years, we have increased our experience in the following areas: control of antenna RCS, antennas for the detection of LRCS targets, high-resolution antennas, ultra-wide band antennas and polarization-diverse antennas. Some of our antenna technology design experience is listed below.

Modern engineering, manufacturing, and test facilities are available for the design, development and manufacture of a wide range of microwave antenna systems. Staffing and equipment to support development, fabrication, assembly, test and inspection are competent, complete and equal to the task. Our facilities located in Menlo Park California are approximately 120,000 square feet. Personnel and equipment have the capacity to produce precision components and assemble electronic and electromechanical systems to MIL-Specifications. Available skills include precision machining, dip brazing, aluminum conversion coating, plastics fabrication, finishing and electronic/electromechanical assembly.
